Isabell Mohr, born in Heidelberg, Germany and founder of the social enterprise 4onemankind started the company in April 2013. One year later she and her team of change-makers launch the online platform 4onemankind.org. Her passion for social entrepreneurship and social projects is rooted in her personal and professional life. For years she has been working on social projects in China, Southeast Asia and Africa. This is how the idea of 4onemankind was born. Isabell wanted to get more social projects off the ground and see them succeed in the long-run. She keeps the eco system around 4onemankind informed and coordinated and manages the collaboration and exchange of charities, NGOs, CSR partners and Social Enterprise initiatives.
Isabelle is an enthusiastic business-brain with a broad knowledge in social ventures and joined 4onemankind as founding partner in June 2014. She holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of St. Gallen, a specialization in social entrepreneurship from the ESCP Europe and is now getting her Masters degree in Business Innovation at the University of St. Gallen. Thanks to binational roots (Californian and Swiss) she is fluent in English and German and speaks business Spanish and French. Already at a young age she has been involved in social ventures as a driving force, as well as organized multiple social events such as TEDx. Her focus at 4onemankind is to develop 4onemankind gUG strategy and lead operations of 4onemankind gUG.
Antonia was born in Berlin and studies political science in Berlin. With her background as a specialist in media and information services, she understands access to information and networks as an opportunity for a global shift in values. For her, 4onemankind combines the idea of equality of opportunity with tapping the full potential that the Internet offers us as a low-threshold political instrument. As a digital native, she has worked in the field of PR, in online newsrooms and social projects, including Amnesty International, and passionately supports 4onemankind as a social media and community manager
Josephin has a double degree in Management from the University of Applied Sciences in Stralsund and the International School of Management in Vilnius. Currently, she is working towards her Masters degree with the focus on Sustainable Development and International Law at the Martin-Luther-University in Halle (Saale). She spent many months abroad studying and working on different projects and we are happy to have her now supporting the networking process among our 4onemankind user.
Björn studies social science in Siegen. During internships (e.g. Deutscher Bundestag) he gained practical experience in social media marketing and public relations combined with social issues. As a student assistant for REWE Digital he is familiar with search engine marketing. Björn is interested in social business and how entrepreneurial acting can create an emphatically society. He writes his master thesis in collaboration with 4onemankind and he's responsible for SEA-marketing and monitoring.
Sabrina Risch, born in Switzerland, is an expert in finance, banking and strategic planning. Being a successful co-founder of her own business, she shares similar experiences of a start-up company, like multi-tasking from day one, overcoming hurdles and challenges and most importantly - not giving up. She is providing the team with strategic know-how and business planning skills.
Sophia Kellner is advising the team with her Corporate Social Responsibility Know-How. She has written her master thesis about 'Communication of CSR Projects via Web 2.0' containing communication recommendations to co-ordinate and enhance Corporate Social Responsibility as an internal and external marketing tool for multi-national corporations in Southeast Asia based on the example of a company from the automotive industry sector.
Sarah Fauser is a Social Enterpreneurship enthusiast through and through. She has broad knowledge about Social Enterprise management through her master thesis about 'Potential and challenges for the communication, expansion and funding of Social Enterpreneurship - an analysis for the Social Enterprise Platform 4onemankind'. Sarah keeps the team up-to-date about university initiatives such as 'Enactus' or 'Social Entrepreneurship Academy (SEA)', unique network organizations educating social entrepreneurs or social changemakers with the goal to install social impact as a decision category in organisations.
Elisa Valenti is running social activism campaigns like other people run a marathon, with energy and endurance. She has profound project management skills from her work on women empowerment programs in Ethiopia and deep insigths into the social enterprise projects supported through the worldwide AIESEC network. Elisa lives according to the motto "why should I be good when I can be great" and uses this inner target to positively effect the working spirit of the team.
Originally from Sweden, Gunilla is a public relations and marketing professional with extensive background from working in the UK, Russia and Singapore. CSR and social entrepreneurship have always been close to her heart and she also advises on branding and raising awareness. In 4onemankind, she hopes to be instrumental in bringing an awareness of what collaboration and cooperation can do to make the world a better place
Janna König, born in Neustadt an der Weinstraße, is studying business with the focus on marketing and public relations in Heidelberg. She is dedicated to social organisations and is chairman of the public charity for Integration and Education e.V. in Neustadt. Janna supports the 4onemankind team in various sectors and is looking forward to the exciting challenges.
Yvonne is currently studying in Karlsruhe the master program "Intercultural Education, Migraton and Plurilingualism" at the Pedagogical University in Karlsruhe. She was born in Berlin, where she worked for two years in the Start-Up "Kinderfee" in the field of social media. Yvonne would like to work more strongly on issues of social entrepreneurship, based on her work experience and themes of her new studies. The change of values, equal opportunities and an exchange at eye level - these are her priorities. In her free time she works as a volunteer for refugee childrenat the Kinderschutzbund e.V. and is looking forward to support 4onemankind with her heart and soul.
